We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Marketing to lead and drive strategic marketing initiatives within the real estate sector. The role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, increasing market visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and the real estate market. You will oversee multiple marketing functions and work closely with Sales and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications, creative, and brand marketing.
- Define brand positioning, messaging,



pricing, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.
- Establish team objectives, monitor performance, and report progress against key marketing goals.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across events, email campaigns, websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and customer segments to develop relevant personas and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enter new market segments and increase brand reach and market share.
- Develop strategies to leverage the digital ecosystem for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitors, including their pricing, product launches, positioning, acquisitions, and marketing initiatives.
