Job Description
- Lead and build the finance function, creating scalable processes and systems for future growth.
- Own financial reporting, monthly MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Drive working capital optimisation, receivables management, and collections performance.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Partner with business and operations teams to analyse unit economics, margins, and profitability metrics.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, and liquidity requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.




- Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, board presentations, and strategic decision-making while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience: Approximately 10-18 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; other relevant finance qualifications will be considered.
- Core Expertise: Financial reporting, controllership, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash flow management, and treasury.
- Collections Expertise: Proven experience managing receivables, collections, and working capital cycles.
- Industry Background: Exposure to startup environments, high-growth businesses, fintech, healthcare, technology, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, investors, auditors, and external advisors.
