Job Description
- Handle billions in daily settlements, drive operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Lead settlement transformation initiatives by leveraging predictive analytics to reduce settlement fails, evaluating DLT/blockchain solutions, and driving industry-wide programs such as T+1 settlement adoption.
- Drive operational excellence through cost optimization, risk mitigation, process improvement, and strategic stakeholder management across Trading, Risk, Compliance, Custodians, CSDs, and regulators.
- Direct a global team, drive technology transformation, manage risk and regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant




- 15+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services.
- Deep understanding of securities settlement processes and market infrastructure.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Understanding of global markets and financial instruments.
- Settlement systems and platforms expertise.
- Understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing)
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
