Role Overview
The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of executives and associates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting, taxation, auditing and assurance and compliance services to clients. The role acts as a bridge between Managers/Partners and the execution team, with a robust focus on quality control, client coordination, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Assignment Management
- Handle day-to-day client requirements related to accounting, compliance, and reporting
- Act as the first level of review before submissions are escalated to Managers/Partners
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service-level commitments

Accounting & MIS Oversight
- Review bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and month-end / year-end closures
- Supervise preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations
