Project Manager – Business Readiness (Operating Model, Reporting, Controls) Should be able to work till 12am IST
Position Overview The Business Readiness Project Manager will lead efforts to prepare the organization for the operational, reporting, change management and control impacts of the ERP transformation. This includes redesigning operating models, ensuring reporting continuity, and embedding controls frameworks into new processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Business Readiness project plan covering operating model redesign, management/statutory reporting, and internal controls.
Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, steering committee and workshop specific to Business Readiness.
Work with process owners to map current-state and future-state operating models across impacted functions.
Coordinate with Controls/Compliance/Internal Audit teams to ensure SOX and regulatory control requirements are addressed in the recent environment.
