Role overview

This role focuses on managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.





You will work closely with founders, operations, finance partners, auditors, vendors, marketplaces, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and accurate financial processes across the business.

What you will own

1. Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping

Manage end-to-end accounting operations across the business.

Record and maintain accurate entries for sales, purchases, expenses, returns, vendor payments, and customer receipts.

Handle invoice creation, billing cycles, and credit/debit notes.

Ensure correct accounting treatment and ledger maintenance.

Keep books of accounts updated, accurate, and audit-ready.

2. Import Accounting & Landed Cost

Handle accounting for import transactions and international purchases.

Record and reconcile customs duties, freight, clearing and forwarding charges, shipping expenses, and other import-related costs.

Allocate landed costs accurately across products and inventory
