As a full-time Outbound Caller for our night shift team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads. Night Shift job, timing will be discussed during the interview. THIS IS A FULL-TIME JOB; WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR FREELANCERS.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided call list

Deliver a clear, persuasive, and professional presentation of our products or services

Identify customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly to provide a personalized experience

Record and update customer information in the CRM accurately

Generate leads and set appointments for sales teams

Collaborate with other team members to optimize calling strategies and achieve targets

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines





Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Bachelor's or Masters degree

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus

Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a versatile schedule

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
