You will own finance end to end: the numbers we run the business on, the story we tell, and the controls and structures that hold a multi-country operation together. Strategic Finance and FP&A;

Build the unit economics view of the business: contribution margin by market, channel and supply type, cohort behaviour, payback and LTV/CAC.

Partner with Growth,



Supply and Product on pricing, commission structures and market entry decisions, with the financial case behind each one.

Run any potential M&A; transactions.

Run the fundraise round end to end: model, narrative, data room, diligence and support on term sheet negotiation.

Build and maintain the debt and working capital options that suit the business, and manage banking relationships.

Controllership, Tax and Global Structuring

Own accounting, monthly close, statutory reporting and the internal control workplace across all entities.
