Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



Day-to-day tasks include regular customer communication, handling inquiries and orders, coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, logistics, and technical support), and tracking delivery and service quality. The Client Relationship Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve products and services.
