Aignosis is a Shark Tank India featured AI-powered neurohealth-tech startup on a mission to make early detection of autism and neurodevelopmental conditions accessible, accurate, and affordable. We are looking for a result-driven Medical Sales Specialist to expand Aignosis's presence across Bengaluru's pediatric healthcare ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors and hospital networks, driving product adoption, and converting leads into long-term clinical partnerships. This is a high-impact field role where your work directly impacts early diagnosis for children.

Identify, approach, and onboard pediatricians, child specialists, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Bengaluru





Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Maintain daily field activity reports, visit logs, and CRM updates

Coordinate with internal clinical and product teams for smooth doctor onboarding

Graduate in any stream — B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.E./B.Tech, BBA, or related field

~2–4 years of experience in medical sales, pharma sales, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthtech

~ Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

~ Proven track record of meeting field sales targets

~ Two-wheeler mandatory (travel allowance provided)

~ Preferred Experience

Prior experience selling to pediatricians, child specialists, or women & child hospitals

Existing doctor or hospital network in Bengaluru is a strong advantage

Background in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthtech sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital reporting
