Customer Service Representative (Remote) At TalentPop App, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote, full-time team.

Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with order-related questions, shipping updates, product information, and return requests

Deliver consistent, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards

Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support

Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal

At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience





Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a strong advantage

Adaptable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
