Executive Assistant to the Founder | TWH Furniture TWH Furniture is looking for a smart, proactive and highly resourceful Executive Assistant to the Founder to work closely with the founder across business, administration, client relationships, networking and market research.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, developers and other industry professionals

Proactively help set up meetings and introductions with architects and designers

Assist with recruitment and hiring — sourcing talent, coordinating interviews and following up with candidates

Conduct market research on the furniture, interiors and design industry

Keep the founder updated on new furniture trends, materials, finishes, brands, designers, competitors and developments in the market

Track relevant industry events, exhibitions, launches and networking opportunities

Help organize information, maintain records and ensure important tasks and follow-ups don't fall through the cracks





Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks that come up in the founder's day-to-day work

We care much more about your ability, personality, network and attitude.

Excellent at spoken and written English

Curious about furniture, interiors, architecture, design and luxury

Comfortable with technology and everyday office tools

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Canva — a plus

Google Workspace and other everyday digital tools

Someone who can pick up the phone, make a connection, get a meeting, find the right person, research something quickly, put together a presentation and make sure things actually get done.
