About the College Access Program
The College Access Program works with schools to help students make informed decisions about higher education, careers and college admissions. Through programmes, resources and partnerships in India and internationally, the College Access Program (CAP) creates opportunities for students and supports the people who guide them. Today, CAP works across a network of more than 200 schools.
The Role
We are looking for an Program Office & Growth Strategy Analyst to work across research, programme development and special projects. This is a generalist role for someone who is comfortable moving between very different kinds of work. You may be analysing data one day, researching a new area the next, preparing a presentation for a senior stakeholder, or helping take a recent initiative from an early idea into execution.




The role will work closely with the the College Access Program leadership team and offers substantial exposure to how education programmes are conceived, evaluated and developed.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research to support new programmes, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Support the planning and implementation of new initiatives from concept through execution.
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate special projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure follow-through.
- Build and improve trackers, dashboards, reporting systems and internal processes.
- Research developments across higher education, careers, technology and the broader education ecosystem.
- Explore how digital tools can improve the quality and efficiency of CAP’s work.
- Work on other high-priority projects as the programme evolves.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
