Nursing Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in ICU, OT, and OPD settings





Administer medication and maintain complete nursing documentation and patient records

Monitor vital signs, assist in procedures, and manage advanced equipment (Ventilator, CRRT, Hemodynamic Monitoring, etc.)

Support doctors and multi-disciplinary teams for effective patient recovery

Educate patients and families with empathy, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Maintain hospital hygiene, infection control, and uphold Max Healthcares standards of care
