IIT Bombay’s Educational Outreach team is looking for an experienced Senior LMS Administrator to independently manage the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations of its Moodle-based Learning Management System. The role will oversee platform administration, course and assessment management, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. LMS Administration & Course Management

Manage approved Moodle plugins and integrations with APIs, video platforms, virtual classrooms, proctoring, and certificate systems.

Customise Moodle themes, dashboards, navigation, and course layouts using basic HTML/CSS.

Test and validate configurations, plugins, integrations, and upgrades across Stage and Production.

Support backup/restore and Disaster Recovery testing, VAPT, security remediation, and audit requirements.

Learner & Stakeholder Support

Support learners, faculty, Teaching Assistants, and programme teams with LMS-related queries and orientation.
