Workplace Platform team

The Workplace Platform Team act as a key technology partner for Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities, productivity platforms, governance, adoption and secure digital solutions across the organisation:
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, automation and employee experience use cases.
- Partner with IT product owners and platform teams to ensure standards are followed across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, security, compliance and collaboration platforms.
- Support innovation,



adoption and governance across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT architecture, security, service operations, vendors and Microsoft 365 delivery teams.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of IT - Workplace, you will provide hands-on architecture, governance and engineering leadership for governed business-led services built on Microsoft Power Platform. The role will shape how Dyson enables secure, scalable and supportable use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI integration and Copilot Studio, while ensuring solid environment strategy, connector governance, lifecycle controls, operational support and continuous improvement.
