Short Job Description:
- Manage and administer Trend Micro Deep Security/Antivirus infrastructure.
- Monitor antivirus signature updates,



AV server health, and endpoint protection status.
- Troubleshoot malware, virus, and spyware incidents and coordinate with OEM support.
- Perform AV installations, upgrades, patch management, and policy fine-tuning.
- Manage central AV servers, messaging gateway security, backups, and restorations.
- Handle incident, request, change management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Conduct vulnerability remediation, DR drills, and service improvement initiatives.
- Generate security reports and maintain operational documentation.
