Key Accountabilities

Perform compliance and verification checks on customer information for NAB-originated products,



including cards and personal loans.
Verify all required customer documentation and financial information to confirm accuracy of customer identity and position.
Conduct customer contact activities through digital and assisted channels to gather and validate supporting information.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Credit Decisioning Assessors to resolve referrals, queries, and assessment outcomes.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, or process breaches in a timely manner.
Complete compliance and role-based learning requirements within stipulated timelines.
Manage individual performance metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, and turnaround time.
Demonstrate ownership of daily work management and process improvement initiatives.
