first-party customer data. Our platform helps marketers collect, unify, and
activate customer data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable
growth.

About the Role

You'll help
grow CustomerLabs by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing SaaS opportunities.
You'll own meaningful parts of the outbound and inbound pipeline, work closely
with Sales and Marketing, use data to improve outreach, and help junior SDRs
level up.

What You'll Do

· Schedule 50 qualified demos per quarter.

· Research and identify high-potential prospects within target
industries and companies.

· Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling,
email, social outreach, and inbound follow-up.

· Run discovery conversations to understand prospect needs,
challenges, goals, and product fit.

· Nurture prospects through longer sales cycles and maintain strong
follow-up discipline.





· Maintain an accurate CRM and manage lead status, interactions,
handoffs, and pipeline priorities.

· Work closely with Account Executives to support revenue realization
for qualified accounts.

· Share lead-quality and sales-cycle insights with Sales Operations
and Marketing.

· Review and improve outreach messaging with Marketing based on call
and campaign insights.

· Recommend process and tool improvements and mentor junior SDRs.

· Track conversion, pipeline, and sales-impact metrics and report
improvement opportunities.

Must-Have

· Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and consultative
selling.

· Proven ability to engage, qualify, nurture, and progress leads.

· Excellent verbal and written communication with strong
objection-handling skills.

· Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to improve
outreach using data.

· Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced workplace
