Job Summary: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (ORC & Talent)

As a consultant specializing in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Advanced Talent within the Oracle Fusion Cloud, you will leverage your functional expertise to deliver strategic solutions and optimize talent management processes.

Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the recruitment and talent functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  Implement and configure Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Advanced Talent modules to meet client requirements.  Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.  Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on system functionalities.  Analyze and resolve issues related to ORC and Talent modules.



 Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud features and enhancements. Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.  Proven experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Advanced Talent modules.  Minimum of 4 years of experience in functional consulting within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.  Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.  Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
