Description
As a Senior Product Designer at Innovaccer, you will own the end-to-end design process for key product features. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate complex user problems into intuitive, user-focused designs while mentoring junior designers and guiding our design principles. You will contribute to the design system by refining and expanding our design principles, ensuring consistency across all products.
You will support and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective and productive design handoffs, aiming to rapidly release iterative and transformational product changes. Your design approach will be driven by data, user research, and your skills as a designer; you'll test and refine your designs until they deliver predicted outcomes and collaborate with product managers to incorporate user feedback. Your contributions will help maintain the consistency and scalability of our design system, ensuring Innovaccer's design approach stays aligned with the company's broader vision.
The ideal candidate has strong UX/UI skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead smaller projects autonomously. You are self-sufficient and proactive at identifying problems and opportunities for improvement. You have proven experience in conducting user research,
