The Digital Marketing Lead – OHC is responsible for leading category‑level digital marketing strategy and thinking for Oral Health Care,
ensuring digital is a primary growth driver across brand building, performance marketing, partnerships, and digital commerce inputs.
In a world where digital media represents a materially higher share of total media investment and consumer influence is increasingly shaped by creators, communities, and platforms, the role ensures Haleon’s OHC brands win through relevance, effectiveness, and integration, rather than scale alone
Role Responsibilities
1. Category‑Led Digital Strategy
- Own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy for the OHC category, aligned to growth, penetration, and premiumisation objectives.
- Steward a digital‑first mindset, ensuring digital is embedded early into:
- Brand strategy
- Annual operating plans
- Innovation and relaunch GTM strategies
- Act as the single point of digital strategic leadership for OHC in the ISC OU.
