Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for learners and enterprise clients throughout their engagement with Koenig Solutions.



This role includes onboarding new customers, understanding their training needs, and coordinating with internal teams to design appropriate learning solutions. The Customer Success Manager will monitor customer utilization and satisfaction, address issues proactively, and implement strategies to support retention and long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities involve managing customer communications, analyzing feedback and performance data, preparing progress reports, and recommending improvements based on learner outcomes. The role also contributes to refining processes, sharing customer insights with sales and product teams, and promoting best practices that enhance overall customer value.
