Primary Responsibilities-

To
lead the end-to-end bid management process including coordination, information collection, bid preparation, approvals, submission as well as resolution of
client queries and follow ups.

Bid Management and
Governance
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and provide insights
based on market information and internal analysis.
- Draft plans and bid
preparation protocols keeping in mind business priorities.
- Review lead qualification against set criteria and make
decisions regarding bid submission.
- Oversee preliminary bid preparation; review technical
proposal and ensure all client requirements and relevant product specifications
have been incorporated.
- Ensure coordination with sales teams in order to develop
understanding of customers' existing scenarios, business drivers, pain-points,
gaps, competition etc. and incorporate insights in bid preparation.
- Review information and documents shared by finance, legal
and other internal teams and ensure relevant information is incorporated into
bids; seek inputs from senior management as necessary.




- Draft copy of SOW including name, modules, dates etc.; share
with BEC (PreSales Demo) team and coordinate for reviews.
- Ensure resolution of all queries from clients and other
stakeholders before, during and after the bid submission.
- Follow up
with account managers in case site visits or references are required and
coordinate for the same.

Relationship Building
- Leverage internal interactions to develop a deeper
understanding of evolving requirements to help refine the bids /proposals.
- Collaborate
and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders for
effective delivery of bid management process.

Process Improvement
- Incorporate latest industry trends in bids and provide
relevant market updates to internal teams in terms of evolving market landscape
and client demands.
