About the Job:
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products to doctors, specialists, hospitals




- Generate prescriptions by effectively communicating product advantages and clinical evidence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute daily doctor calls as per call average and coverage norms.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product meetings, and awareness activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales activities, expenses, and market intelligence in CRM.
- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotional practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred.
