Job Title: Solution Manager – Pre-Sales & Solutions

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Solution Manager to drive end-to-end solutioning, commercial strategy, and deal shaping across large and mid-sized IT and digital transformation opportunities.
This role goes beyond traditional pre-sales—combining domain-led solutioning, GenAI/Data-driven innovation, commercial ownership, and consultative client engagement across the full deal lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and a solution orchestrator internally, enabling differentiated, outcome-led proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Solutioning & Proposal Leadership
- Own end-to-end solution design across IT services portfolio including Applications, Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Digital Engineering, and Managed Services
- Lead development of winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution narratives
- Design integrated, platform-led and outcome-based solutions, aligning business value with client priorities




- Ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements, business objectives, and LTM capabilities.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Work closely with Sales to shape deal strategy and win themes
- Support deal strategy, pricing, and value proposition development.
- Own - Bid Management, end to end Proposal lifecycle, Managed services solutions, commercials etc.

Commercials & Deal Structuring
- Own solution commercials, pricing strategies, and financial modelling
- Drive creative pricing constructs (outcome-based, consumption-based, AI-led productivity pricing, hybrid models)
- Ensure margin optimisation, risk mitigation, and competitive positioning
- Client Engagement & Executive Storytelling
- Own client presentations, workshop and executive discussions
- Articulate business outcomes, transformation roadmap, and value proposition clearly
- Build CXO-level narratives and storytelling (not just technical solutioning)
