Responsibilities / Tasks
The Associate Mechatronics Design is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of components and modules for conventional and automated milking systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams on product development projects, contributing to innovative solutions for digital agriculture, and ensuring reliable,
high-quality mechatronic systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Your tasks
- Design, develop, and validate mechanical components, assemblies, and complete system solutions for dairy farming applications, including advanced milk harvesting technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to support the development and continuous improvement of conventional and automated milking systems.
- Perform product maintenance and engineering changes for mechanical components and modules throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software, including the creation of detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Develop sheet metal components and bent part designs in accordance with product and manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering drawings, and product-related documentation to support development and manufacturing
