- Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office leveln
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reportsn
- Support variance analysis processesn
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policiesn
- Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closuren
- Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectivelyn
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measuresn
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insightsn
- Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reportingn
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable,



and general ledger activitiesn
- Drive process improvements and automation in finance functionsn

nProfile/Competencies:

- n
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualificationn
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accountingn
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliancen
- Mandatory experience in SAP (FICO module preferred)n
- Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essentialn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis toolsn
