Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective Identity Governance & Administration frameworks
- Conduct user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions across platforms
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and best practices
- Support audits and compliance reporting related to identity management

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Identity Governance & Administration




- Proficiency in user lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IAM best practices and security compliance standards

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to advanced IAM tools or AI-driven security platforms
- Experience in process automation for identity management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
