We are seeking a passionate Technical Lead - Software Engineering to lead our development team in Noida. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical leader who has led a team of 4 to 8 engineers and delivered high-quality enterprise softwares in a fast-paced Agile workplace.
General Purpose:
• Lead a team of 4 to 8 engineers with complete ownership and accountability for high-quality, timely software delivery.




• Lead the design and development of applications based on Microservices architecture.
• Guide team members on modern technologies including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Hibernate, Grails, Groovy, Kafka, R, Redis, Hazelcast, Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Leverage development and delivery tools including AWS, Git, Nginx, Jira, Confluence and Jenkins within Agile methodologies.
• Promote effective use of AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q Developer and similar AI coding, code-review, testing, documentation and developer productivity tools, while ensuring secure and responsible adoption.
• Collaborate with technical managers, architects and product owners to build an integrated, enterprise-class software product suite for global pharmaceutical companies.
