nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to design engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences for students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, assessment creation, curriculum development, and e-learning methodologies to create industry-relevant learning pathways. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and developers to create high-quality digital learning content that emphasizes practical skills, real-world problem solving, and learner engagement.

- Design end-to-end learning pathways for technical and non-technical domains.n
- Develop engaging learning content, including concepts, examples, activities, assessments, assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects.n
- Create high-quality assessment content, including MCQs, coding challenges, case studies, scenario-based questions, and practical exercises.n
- Design learner-centric experiences based on instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.n
- Define learning objectives, outcomes, competency levels, and evaluation criteria for every course.n
- Develop assessment strategies aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy and industry skill requirements.n
- Review and validate content for technical accuracy, instructional quality, and learner engagement.n
- Maintain and continuously improve question banks, learning resources, and assessment repositories.n
