About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR / Inside Sales Executive who can proactively identify, engage, qualify, and convert high-potential prospects into qualified sales opportunities for greytHR.
This role is not limited to traditional cold calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, automation, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to identify the right accounts and decision-makers and build a strong outbound pipeline.
As a Senior SDR, the candidate is expected to operate with greater independence — owning larger or more strategic territories/accounts, mentoring junior SDRs on prospecting and AI-assisted outreach best practices, and consistently driving a higher volume of qualified pipeline with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and research target accounts within the defined ICP.
- Prospect into mid-market organizations across relevant industries.
- Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Founders, and Business Leaders.




- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through multi-channel outreach.

2. AI-Powered Prospecting
- Use AI tools to identify prospects, research accounts, understand buyer profiles, and personalize outreach.
- Leverage AI for account research, lead prioritization, email/message personalization, and prospect intelligence.
- Experiment with current AI-powered sales and prospecting tools to improve productivity and conversion.
- Use AI responsibly to improve the quality and relevance of outreach rather than relying on generic automated messaging.

3. Prospecting & Sales Tools
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo / Lusha / similar sales intelligence platforms
- Outreach / email sequencing tools
- CRM Efficiency & Data Management
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI-powered sales/research tools
- Calling and engagement platfo
