n ABOUT LIGHTROAD

nLightroad is building an impact finance platform focused on unlocking capital for underserved sectors.
nWe design and manage blended finance facilities and funds that bring together philanthropic, public and commercial capital to solve financing challenges across climate, livelihoods, financial inclusion, healthcare, education and skilling .

nOur work sits at the intersection of development finance and impact . We work with banks and NBFCs, foundations and CSR partners, investors, enterprises, nonprofits and government stakeholders to design and implement scalable financing solutions.

nOur current work includes areas such as:
n· Financing electric vehicles for livelihood generation
n· Enabling affordable working-capital finance for Farmer Producer Organisations
n· Financing clean-energy and productive-use renewable energy assets for microentrepreneurs




n· Developing financing mechanisms across circular economy, livelihoods and healthcare
n· Designing blended finance funds, guarantee facilities and other catalytic financing structures

n THE ROLE
n
nWe are looking for an experienced partnerships skilled to help Lightroad mobilise capital and build strategic relationships with funders and investors in India and internationally.
n
nThe role will cover the full partnership lifecycle: identifying potential partners, developing funding propositions, preparing proposals and RFPs, managing senior stakeholder discussions, closing partnerships, and managing relationships after funding is secured.
