The Challenge

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Director, HR Country Partner to lead the People agenda for the India market, and provide ancillary partner support to the Singapore and Melbourne, Australia offices as needed. This role serves as the senior in-country HR leader for India, combining executive partnership with strong operational and compliance oversight. The Director will partner closely with India business leaders and global People stakeholder
