Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support a global ERP transformation program spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP-related initiatives while ensuring alignment across business, technology, and external partner teams.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive qualified with experience managing complex ERP programs in multinational environments. The ERP Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and technology teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day execution of ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies,



risks, and budget considerations.
- Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, vendors, and leaders across H&P.;
- Drive accountability for deliverables and project milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
- Communicate project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and strategic business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Program and Delivery Management
