About the Role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the governance, design, and delivery of intelligent automation

and AI-driven capabilities across our enterprise back-end ecosystem — including CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms.

Required

* 10+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture, systems integration, or a related discipline.

* Demonstrated experience with all the following platform categories: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365),

ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite), iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services).





* Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI/ML features in production enterprise environments — including

at least one of: agentic AI systems, LLM-powered workflows, predictive analytics, or intelligent document

processing.

* Solid command of integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT pipelines, and webhook-

based automation.

* Ability to communicate technical architecture clearly to both executive sponsors and engineering teams.

* Stellar ability to manage your work in an integrated manner aligned to the Enterprise Technology operating
