Location:

The positions will be based in Bangalore and Kolkata. As we operate restaurants across West Bengal and Bangalore, candidates may be assigned accordingly based on operational requirements.

Travel Support:

If candidates from West Bengal are selected for positions in Bangalore, the company will reimburse the travelling ticket cost for relocation.

Current Manpower Requirements
- Restaurant Manager – 2 Positions

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in restaurant or hospitality operations

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant operations including kitchen and service.





• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer complaints.

• Check daily cash balance and reconcile sales.

• Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets.

• Handle online orders from platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and delivery.

• Maintain staff attendance through Google Sheets and manual registers.

• Record staff leave and inform the team for workforce planning.

• Inform the Area Manager in case of staff shortages to arrange backup.

Requirements:

• Robust leadership and team management skills.

• Positive communication and customer service abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, technology tools, and online delivery platforms.

• Minimum age: 18 years
