Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines




- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and address technical debt and maintain application performance
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions for recent and existing systems
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation within the team
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
