We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer (Graphic Designer 4) to join our creative team and bring strong visual thinking, exceptional design craft, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling to high-impact projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital, social, campaigns, presentations, and brand experiences
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Develop creative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and design directions from ideation through final production
- Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure creative work is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing the visual language forward
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design quality
- Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Contribute to a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, collaboration,



and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- 7–9+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a related creative discipline
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, typography, composition, layout, and storytelling
- Experience developing creative for integrated campaigns and multiple channels
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design systems
- Ability to take an ambiguous brief and turn it into a explicit, compelling creative solution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior creative stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ; experience with Figma and/or motion too
