NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a seasoned Audit Manager who's battle-tested, technically sound, and can run audit engagements end-to-end independently—no hand-holding, no micromanagement. You'll lead large audit teams across multiple verticals and timelines, ensuring audits close with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
NKey Responsibilities

- End-to-End Audit Execution: Lead statutory audits independently from planning through final reporting, including management discussions. N
- Multi-Team Management: Handle multiple teams & their teams under multiple team leads;
responsible for staffing, training, and performance reviews. N
- Compliance & Technical Accuracy: Ensure alignment with Ind AS, IGAAP, and auditing standards (SA 200 series onwards). N
- Cross-Functional Coordination:



Work closely with tax, finance, and legal teams to identify control gaps and compliance issues. N
- Client Management: Own client relationships;
act as the single pointof contact for escalations, walkthroughs, and closure. N
- Risk-Based Auditing: Apply risk assessment methodology to focus audit effort on high-impact areas. N
- Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, SEBI regulations, CARO, IFC, CSR compliance, and other applicable laws. N
- Tech-Driven Approach: Leverage audit tools, checklists, and digital documentation systems to improve turnaround time and accuracy. N

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of statutory audit experience, preferably in audit firms. N
- Independent Operator: Proven track record of independently closing audits without supervision. N
