- Senior Solution Architect – Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform, built on the o9 Solutions platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and business-aligned architecture across key modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and KPI/Analytics.

The ideal candidate brings deep techno-functional expertise, robust stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, with a confirmed experienced of end-to-end implementation of supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the IBP platform across DP, SP, IBP and KPI modules
- Define scalable, flexible solution designs aligned with business strategy and planning maturity
- Ensure seamless integration across planning domains and with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data platforms, etc.)




- Establish and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and best practices

Platform Governance
- Act as the design authority for all enhancements, releases, and changes within the IBP platform
- Review and approve solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
- Manage technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of the platform
- Drive standardization and reuse across modules and use cases

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical designs
- Ensure alignment and consistency across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and KPI frameworks
- Facilitate design workshops and decision-making forums

Delivery Oversight
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, including system integrators and developers
