Role overview

The Transformation & Innovation, Private Capital Administration function has been established to develop capability in the key areas of:
- Client Change
- Capital Change
- Operational Change
- Innovation Solution Development (the EMEA Innovation Lab)
- Business Process Analysis





The key activities of the Transformation & Innovation function will be to develop and deliver business projects and solutions which will enable strategic change to meet key PCA objectives in the coming years.

The focus will be to meet the challenge and opportunities posed by the emerging trends in the funds industry and wider, utilising robotic automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics.

Applications are now being sought from suitably qualified candidates at Consultant level to join Transformation & innovation, Accounting & Fund Services.

Principal Responsibilities

The Consultant will work in one or a number of the work streams within Transformation & Innovation, key responsibilities will include:
- Business process analysis, requirement gathering and reporting
- Execution within a project and activities to assure controlled delivery of changes and recent solutions to operational teams
- Engaging with key stakeholder
