Overview

Sr. Software Engineer role focused on designing and delivering scalable, secure, highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS. The position includes building distributed Python applications, designing APIs/microservices/event-driven architectures, and leading cloud migration/modernization using AWS Well-Architected Framework. The role also involves MLOps platform architecture (e.g., SageMaker/Kubeflow/MLflow), CI/CD/DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS





• Architect and manage machine learning platforms and MLOps pipelines (AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow)

• Build and maintain distributed applications using Python (Flask, Django, AsyncIO)

• Design and develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for enterprise-scale applications

• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives using AWS Well-Architected Framework principles

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to improve delivery speed and reliability

• Integrate applications with messaging/streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS)

• Monitor and optimize production system health/performance/availability; implement alerting and recovery strategies

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams across global locations

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentoring
