Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sub Editor for HerZindagi Hindi who can independently handle writing, editing and content planning for a women-centric digital platform.
NThe role requires someonewith excellent command over Hindi, strong editorial judgement and mature content sensibilities. The candidate should be capable of working independently without requiring regular intervention on language, grammar, story treatment or editorial decisions.

- Independently identify,select and develop relevant stories for HerZindagi Hindi across lifestyle and women-centric categories. N
- Write high-quality Hindi content with strong command over *grammar, sentence construction, vocabulary and overall language*. N
- Demonstrate mature editorial judgement while selecting news, trends and topics relevant to the HerZindagi audience. N
- Independently decide the appropriate *angle, treatment and structure* of a story. N
- Write and edit engaging, digital-friendly headlines without compromising accuracy or context. N




- Understand the difference between a trending topic and a story that is genuinely relevant to the HerZindagi audience. N
- Identify content opportunities around women, lifestyle, relationships, family, career, finance, fashion, beauty, food, travel and entertainment. N
- Keep track of current affairs, social trends, search trends and conversations relevant to women. N
- Ensure factual accuracyand responsible treatment of sensitive topics. N
