Lead Generation / Sales Executive

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya – Office Based
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + performance incentives

We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Generation / Sales Executive to join our growing call centre operation in Shillong.

This is a new role within a developing department , and we are looking for someone who can not only deliver strong individual results but potentially play an important part in building and developing the department as it grows.

For the right person, there will be a genuine opportunity to progress into Team Leader, Management and potentially Senior Management positions as the department expands.

The RoleYou will be speaking with UK-based customers, generating and qualifying opportunities and working towards clearly defined performance targets.

This is a target-driven position, so we are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially minded and used to working in a high-performance sales or lead generation workplace.

You will be expected to:




- Speak confidently and professionally with UK customers
- Generate and qualify leads in line with company requirements
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual targets and KPIs
- Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and call notes
- Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Take ownership of your own performance and results
- Contribute ideas and feedback as we develop and grow the department

What We're Looking For

Previous experience dealing with UK customers is essential .

Ideally, you will also have experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Debt or insolvency
- Financial services
- Loans or lending
- Insurance
- UK lead generation
- UK telesales or telephone-based sales

Candidates from other industries will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong UK customer experience and a proven sales reco
