Job Description
Job Purpose
Manage and support Equipment Finance and Business Finance customers through the lifecycle of lending facilities, ensuring accurate processing, portfolio management, customer service excellence, risk compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Support products such as Hire Purchase, Finance Lease, Asset-Based Lending, Invoice Finance, Commercial Lending, and related business finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of business finance and equipment finance customers.
- Review customer accounts, facility performance, and funding utilization.
- Respond to customer queries related to contracts, settlements, payments, and account maintenance.
- Maintain robust stakeholder engagement with Relationship Managers, Credit Teams, and Operations.
Equipment Finance Operations
- Process new finance agreements, amendments, settlements, and contract variations.
- Support Hire Purchase, Finance Lease, and Asset Finance products.
- Validate asset documentation, invoices, agreements, and supporting evidence.
- Manage end-of-term activities including renewals, settlements, asset disposal, and contract closure.
Credit & Risk Monitoring
- Monitor portfolio performance indicators and risk triggers.
