Role Overview
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and aggressive Business Manager to head commercial operations, revenue generation, and market penetration across Hyderabad and surrounding territories.
Significant Note: This vacancy is strictly open only to candidates with extensive channel sales leadership experience in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting based in or managing the Hyderabad/Telangana market. The incumbent will oversee primary and secondary sales volumes, spearhead distribution network expansion, manage commercial health, and lead field sales teams across traditional trade, electrical counters, and appliance retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Volume Achievement: Formulate and execute aggressive sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across fans, home appliances, and LED lighting product lines.




- Distribution & Channel Expansion: Identify, appoint, and nurture strong distributor, wholesaler, and multi-brand dealer networks across Hyderabad and adjoining regional clusters.
- Team Leadership & Field Governance: Direct, mentor, and track Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and field officers to ensure high retail beat coverage and sales conversion.
- Commercial & Credit Discipline: Oversee distributor billing, credit limit compliance, timely outstanding collections, and distributor ROI to maintain commercial stability.
- Trade Schemes & Market Activation: Implement targeted trade schemes, festive offers, dealer meets, and retail display activations to drive counter-share and secondary movement.
- Supply Chain & Depot Alignment: Coordinate with local depots/C&F; agents to ensure steady stock availability, resolve replenishment bottlenecks, and forecast category-level demand accurately.
