This role supports a fast-moving creative and digital media environment where organization and execution are essential to keeping multiple projects on track.
You will coordinate creative operations, maintain key advertising resources, and support reporting and client data accuracy.
The position combines project coordination, administrative support, performance reporting, and systems management.
You will work across teams to help launch new clients, monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables move forward efficiently.
The role also offers opportunities to leverage AI and workflow tools to streamline repetitive processes and improve team productivity.
Success requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Accountabilities
- Maintain advertising libraries and databases, ensuring high-performing headers, ad copy, headlines, and related creative insights remain accurate and up to date.
- Support performance reporting activities, including creative insights reports, quarterly business reviews, and data-quality checks across multiple systems.
- Provide operational and administrative support through data entry, formatting, screenshot management, and maintenance of client information databases.
- Assist with project management for current client launches, coordinating with internal teams and tracking milestones, timelines, and outstanding actions.
- Support the migration and ongoing organization of project-management systems, including ClickUp and related workflow processes.
