About the Role
Namastey Homes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to handle sales across our real estate and hospitality verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales
- Handle and follow up with inbound leads for residential, commercial and investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert qualified leads into property visits, negotiations and closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
- Assist in negotiations, documentation and the overall sales closure process.





Hospitality Sales
- Handle enquiries for serviced apartments, corporate stays and long-stay accommodations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, travel partners and business accounts.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat bookings.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and provide inputs to improve service quality.

Investor & Client Relations
- Conduct meetings with prospective investors and clients.
- Present investment and property opportunities professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with investors and high-value clients.
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
