As part of its next phase of expansion, the company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive sales growth, market penetration, and strategic customer engagement across APAC.

The Opportunity
The General Manager, APAC Sales will lead the commercial strategy and business growth agenda across India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
This executive leadership role will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, developing channel partnerships, and strengthening the company's position within utility,



grid infrastructure, transmission, and electrical equipment markets.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic leadership, regional sales experience, and deep industry relationships across the power sector.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, customers, and sales channels.
- Build long-term growth plans across key markets including India, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
- Increase market share across utility, OEM, EPC, and industrial customer segments.

Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams across multiple countries.
- Implement sales processes, forecasting disciplines, and performance management frameworks.
